Galapagos Islands

2014 Dates TBA

Galapagos Islands Travel ToursThe Galapagos Islands are the ideal destination for your next vacation travel adventure. Famous for a variety of unusual creatures from marine iguanas to blue-footed boobies, you’ll get closer to the wildlife than you would in the zoo!   Six hundred miles west of Ecuador, these volcanic islands experience unusual Pacific Ocean currents that bring unique climate and nutrients to the birds and animas that have adapted to fit these conditions.  With no natural land enemies, the animals and birds are unfazed by people. Comprised of 19 islands, 42 islets and 256 prominent rocks that span a 20,000 square mile are on the equator, the Galapagos are a national park and Marine Reserve.  Your days in the Islands will be filled with briefings, snorkeling, wildlife viewing and relaxing.

We will be using the luxury Millenium cruise yacht. It has 6 comfortable double cabins with air-conditioning, private bathroom and a private ocean view and 2 suites with a Jacuzzi.  There is an elegant dining room and 4 different solariums where you can enjoy the spectacular scenery of the islands, sun deck, library, and water purifier.

The 8-day trips begin and end in Guayaquil, Ecuador in South America.  Delta, American and Continental fly in here.

The climate at this time of the year is ideal—tropical heat tempered by Pacific breezes.  During May is it rainy, sunny and warm—80-90 degrees.

Most walking ashore is over rocky lava terrain; walking shoes with rubber soles are recommended. Book Tour Now!
