We are very pleased to introduce you to DD Tours and invite you to learn more about our multi-company model for mine site visits. With all the excitement and activity in the junior mining sector, it is important that investors and analysts visit the projects/developments and talk to the people “on the ground”. Our tours are organized, with your feedback, to always insure productive and profitable trips. We feel that by a third party providing mining tours we can offer some distinct advantages to the institutional investor doing “due diligence” in the mining industry. /span>
There are now over 250 companies developing over well over 400 projects in Mexico alone. Our mission is to significantly improve the model for site visits for analysts and fund mangers. We organize multi-site visits combined with management presentations and additional regional due diligence. This leverages the time spent on site visits and provides an in-depth view of an entire region. By visiting several projects on one trip, you can evaluate the best project in a given area. Our tours are specifically designed for the institutional investor. We realize that analysts and fund managers require a high level of exclusivity and anonymity as they visit projects and consider coverage/investment. Our groups are smaller and combine a mix of analysts, fund managers and selected institutional investors. While organized geographically, we will also structure our itineraries to visit similar stage companies and projects. We screen the companies and provide initial reports to insure a productive trip. Dinner meetings feature top management and outside speakers covering legal issues, rilling challenges, geology and other important topics. Company presentations will be tailored at the request of our tour clients and may range from a general corporate overview to specific project geology.
Our tours are "sponsored" by the mining companies. This helps to remove any “conflict of interest” and expectations of analysts’ reports or investment decisions. In addition, our multi-site model helps insure the anonymity of our tour clients (and their target companies) as apposed to a single site visit. Our accommodations and transportation are always first class to insure the comfort and safety of our clients while making the tour is as efficient as possible. We provide medical insurance for all participants and we carry liability insurance through Zurich American Insurance.
DD Tours also provides research through Pilot Point Partners LLC. We support our tour clients before and after the tour with company reports and updates, all posted conveniently on our website. We help to arrange company meetings or visits to a company’s non-Mexican projects. Foreign analysts and investors are always accommodated on our tours. Interpreters will be available, on request. We also provide exclusive tour services for international investors/analysts, private equity funds or corporations.
